We have been searching for the right property and we met Christopher Barbour who is a Mortgage Consultant, words cant describe how fantastic Chris has been over the 2 years we been with him. Chris was suppose to just sort a mortgage deal out but he still remained with us through out the whole journey sorting and advising regarding queries outside his field when needed. We went through so much but Chris has always given us his extra support even outside his working hours and has always been there for us until we got the house we wanted. Chris was always there on the phone, by text when ever needed, if the journey was simple and easy it is truly due to Chris support and time. All I can say a Big Thank You from me & my Brother Chris, hope to work with you again in future may be but your are fantastic in everything you do honesty. Rented a property from Bairstow Eves from start of February viewing with Faye was fantastic and straightforward instantly wanted the property. Took a visit to the office and dealt with Jordan great customer service and was really helpful couldn’t fault anything with the service from either Faye or Jordan. Only thing stopping me giving a 5 star and letting Bairstow Eves down was the service from countrywide responsible with maintenance issues not very good at handling on that side and wasn’t happy with service from one member of staff.

We had an extremely tight time frame to move in. 4 weeks!! So we expected to just get any house. But between Conner, Liam and Rebecca, they not only found us a a house, they found us our new Dream home! All within 9 days!!! From the listing to signing the contract. Liam and Rebecca where available to us constantly on the phone and where more than helpful. Warm, welcoming, beyond helpful. Made our lives so much easier. As we where in panic mode. We met Connor in person, who gave us our viewing of the property. We really like Connor. He is warm, friendly, helpful, polite, respectful of our needs and wishes. Had the answers to all our questions. Made the viewing easy going and we left so much happier than we arrived. What more can you ask for?!! I've used the Coventry branch of Bairstow Eves (Countrywide Group) since 2015 for my portfolio of rental properties. I've had nothing but excellent experience from the entire team there, including past and present members of staff. A recent example of this is my property was listed with Bairstow Eves on 04/08/20 and rented out on 07/08/20! The tenant moved in that very weekend and as always, the calibre and standard of tenant is superb.
