The property management side of bairstow have been fabulous when I have had any maintenance issues, especially Stacey who goes above and beyond to ensure things are sorted. The agents side were not so great as a contractor picked up keys to be able to do some work whilst I was at work and didn’t take them back for 2 months, and nobody chased to find out where the keys were!

I have been part of the rental market for some years having several properties in both Coventry and the South of England. Our rental property in Coventry has primarily served the student market but due to Covid-19 in 2020, this market was impacted as many students were not able to travel overseas. In order to explore other rental opportunities, I was introduced to Rebekah at Bairstow Eves' Coventry office. Rebekah was not only friendly, professional and knowledgable but she was also responsive in her communication and delivered on her commitments. It has been a pleasure to work with Rebekah.

From start to finish, the team at Bairstow Eves in Radford, Coventry were top draw. It started with Rich, top bloke, coming round and putting us at ease with regards to selling the property and reassurances were given which filled us with confidence not only that we would successfully sell our house, but also receive the support to find another one. From then on, David and Ashleigh - lovely people, took on the reigns and efficiently booked in a number of potential buyers in very quick time. No messing about from these guys, and we agreed a sale within two weeks of our house going on the market. Relieved is an understatement. Now the fun was to begin with solictors of all parties involved, and Claire was fantastic in dealing with this. From dealing with our questions and queries, to keeping us in the loop regularly with any updates. She’d know how to manage the situations, due to her priceless experience in the industry, which again filled us with hope and belief that everything was under control. This is our third house we have moved into (hopefully our last!) but on each occasion we have used Bairstow Eves in Radford to assist us and they have come up trumps once again. A big thank you to Claire, Rich and the team. A fantastic professional outfit, who are very accommodating and go out their way to make sure the customer is happy. If we were to ever move again or if I were asked who to recommend, then there would be only one estate agent around who it would be - Bairstow Eves Radford Coventry!

Terrible company, placed a for sale sign outside my house that wasn’t listed with them. They informed my wife they would take it down in under 48 hours and a week later it is still there. The customer service was terribly - saying they have instructed our team to remove it with no details of who or when. The buyers of my house have family in the road and are questioning why it’s still showing for sale. I’ll end up doing it myself.

Fabulous service from Lisa and her team in Coventry. House was put up for rent on the website Friday morning, by Saturday morning 2 viewings confirmed for the following Monday afternoon (door left unlocked, we sat outside whilst perspective tenants went inside) Tenant confirmed by Tuesday morning. I rented a house through these guys and have had - well - nothing from then. Every time I ask a question, I received no reply, and worst of all, when I left the property (in better condition than when I moved in), and asked for the return of my £1500 rent deposit, I called repeatedly, emailed, called again, each time speaking to an different individual, and each time being promised that I would receive an answer within the next two working days, and each time - NOTHING. it has now been 4 weeks since I left the property, and I still have to idea of when I will receive my rent deposit back. I feel Countrywide Letting and Bairstowe Eves are - by far - the worst letting agent I have ever had to deal with. my next email is to the deposit recovery organisation, to see if they can scare the rent deposit back.
