All staff at this branch were amazing, nothing was too much for them, even during the pandemic. Claire Dawe was especially helpful, answering all of our questions when buying our first home. She always found out the right answers from the right person and got back to me super quickly. To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.

Gemma, Richard, and Ashleigh were absolutely brilliant. They would always help me when needed. Would go above and beyond, and answer any questions asked. If i left a message, or emailed, they would reply promptly and be happy to help! Pleasure buying my first house from them. The only thing i would say, is do not have Conveyance Connect as your solicitors (sometimes Bairstow Eves recommend these). They were a nightmare to work with, very unhelpful, lied, and difficult to get hold of my solicitor. Bairstow Eves as an Estate agents were brilliant!
