Rich provided all the information we needed when first putting the house on the market, and Jodie, Ashleigh and Claire all kept in contact and kept me updated throughout the process, and were also great when it came to chasing the buyers solicitors when it came to getting things finalised. Gemma, Richard, and Ashleigh were absolutely brilliant. They would always help me when needed. Would go above and beyond, and answer any questions asked. If i left a message, or emailed, they would reply promptly and be happy to help! Pleasure buying my first house from them. The only thing i would say, is do not have Conveyance Connect as your solicitors (sometimes Bairstow Eves recommend these). They were a nightmare to work with, very unhelpful, lied, and difficult to get hold of my solicitor. Bairstow Eves as an Estate agents were brilliant!

Poor agency and system

Renting is overall issue in the UK and agencies misuse tenants but this agency is very poor. They never returned my deposit. I lived only for 6 months in apartment and i had to leave because of pandemic stress and this agency not charged me for a month rent but also made me pay council tax for a period i did not live in. I paid council tax twice. Deposit protection also did not help as perhaps it is all business deal. Same agency has treated my friend poorly. Please do not use this agency in Coventry.

Bairstow Eves have just dealt with the sale of our house. We put the house on the market the last week of june and they had 2 viewings booked of which only one turned up and offer over the asking price on the 28th June. We accepted the offer and from that day Bairstow Eves and their team at Talbots Law have worked so hard to get our completion date of which we asked for 9th September. We initially were impressed with the first contact and sales pack they put together. We explained our position and Claire Dawe tried to put together a package for a part exchange on a new build we wanted. However, they found a cash buyer quite soon after that. We thought the price we were paying for Bairstowes services were expensive. But you don’t pay the money for a smooth service, you pay the money for the experience/dedication and ability to get stuff sorted. Claire, Sammy, Melissa and Gemma to name a few have been fantastic. They took the lead and got the deal over the line. Sound advice, relentless chasing of people and solicitors, that’s what you pay them the money for.
