The team at Bairstoweves in Billericay were absolutely brilliant , professional, thorough, followed through on delays involving solicitors, surveyors and all areas of our buying and selling , and kept us informed weekly !Both our buyers and ourselves had issues with the speed ( tardiness ) of our respective legal and financial people but Bairstoweves stepped in quickly and timely to bring our sale to a conclusion . I cannot praise or recommend them enough! We will certainly be using them in the Future . Thankyou Billericay Team you were exemplary.

L I sold a house and they over estimated the fees and tried to charge me 8 grand. They are dirty don’t touch them. They have very good lawyers as well that will play the game. Avoid this headache.

Finally a positive rental experience.

My son is 22 years old and was excited to rent his own property. That experience became a nightmare very quickly. However thankfully we met Joe Sharman at Bairstow Eaves Coventry City office. My son has looked at over 20 properties through different agents, filled in numerous amounts of paperwork, and 90% of the time has never had any response. Joe has gone over and above finally making our rental quest a positive experience. Joe was professional helpful, friendly and made the process of my son finely getting his rental property a success. We would like to thank Joe for all of his help and guidance. Would 100 per cent recommend.

After a very emotional rollercoster of a sale, Bairstoweves Radford, have been second to none. The whole team were extra helpful and nothing was ever too much of an ask. I would like to give Claire an extra mentions for the extra mile she continously went to support my whole family on our sale. I say whole family because Claire could transform into Mary Poppins when visiting the house, which my boys loved. This helped them feel happy and secure with the whole idea of selling their home and having strangers enter to visit. She helped me personally on days when things seemed too stressful and overwhelming. She would make sure I understood every stage and was incredibly insightful and patient. For that I can not thank her enough. One happy family. We would definitely recommend the branch 10/10

I sold a property I joint owned with an ex partner who didn’t make the process easy , Bairstow eves radfords Gemma, Claire and Bailey did an amazing job to get this across the line which I know they would agree was a challenge. As a fellow estate agent, it’s always a little unusual reviewing another agent, but credit where it’s due. I was genuinely relieved to come across the team at the Radford office. Jess showed me around a property and was both knowledgeable and friendly throughout the viewing, striking the right balance between professional and approachable. Gemma has also been fantastic, always keeping communication clear and timely, and her friendly, down-to-earth nature makes her a pleasure to deal with. One star because no stars is not an option. If you want to let a property and then chase your own money for the next year, Bairstoweves is the place to go. You will not be told when your supposed to cash in your rent or what the process is when your tenants don’t pay, you will just be left guessing. All of that for a steap management fee. @Bairstoweves, Breach of contract is the term I guess.

Dreadful communication all round

The level of communication from this company, in particular the Coventry branch, is appalling. Four times since the 4th of February I've phoned up about the same problem they haven't fixed yet, and I've been told someone will be in touch, but they haven't called back. And most times when I call, no one answers.

Excellent service at Bairstow Eves Sanderstead

We purchased a building through Robin and the team at the Sanderstead branch of Bairstow Eves. It was a long, drawn-out legal process lasting several months. Robin kept in touch with us, let us keep seeing the building so we could work out how we would update it, and whether the building was empty, and check that the pipes hadn't burst as the tight sellers had turned off the heating. He even showed us a similar building that was finished to help us visualise how the house could look when it's updated.Robin and the team exceeded our expectations - which is very rare! Bairstow HQ - give that team a pay rise!

What a team!! Thank you all so much for going above & beyond any of my expectations with the hassle free & speed of the sale of my property. A special mention must go to Claire & Gemma who both supported me every step of the process in such a helpful, honest & genuinely nice & kind way. If I was struggling with personal time Issues or anxieties i had completing paperwork, they were there for me every step of the way. Nothing was too much for them, which really helped me during the process. On agreeing on a sale a few issues down the chain may have stalled or lost the sale, but Claire played a blinder & kept everything on track.
