Excellent service Slack was exceptional and very efficient as he has always been in the past 7 years working with him (3rd Mortgage application and 2 mortgage rate change application), He went above and beyond, always ahead and handled our case very well as usual. It was a good experience from start to finish. He kept us informed, responded to queries, and chased lender for update, which he had to do often. He was very professional, pleasant, and approachable. I could not recommend the team at Radford highly enough. Claire was absolutely outstanding and for each obstacle Claire was pro-active,supportive and informative going way beyond what would be expected of her to make sure the process was moving along. She made herself available and was always on hand to provide advice and assistance when problems arose. I have just completed the purchase of my first home through Bairstow Eves and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received throughout the entire process. I was shown the house by David and then the process was managed by Gemma and Claire - all three were super friendly, helpful and informative. We had a very long and drawn out house sale (our original Buyer pulled out just before the first lock down but we quickly found a new buyer and ended up in a chain) but the team at Bairstow were great, especially Clare who went above and beyond, calling solicitor's, pushing and generally holding everyone's hand throughout the process. The team are very friendly, professional and responsive. Nothing is too much trouble and they really care about their Customers. Can't fault them, even during a pandemic. We were kept updated daily. Highly recommend.

To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.
