I remember Gemma who did my viewing and we had lots of laugh on that day, little did we know we will settle down with that house. Gemma is very helpful at all times. Micheala , our advisor was superb. Very efficient, helpful and gets done what she tells you she will do. Claire who exchanges and follow up with us deserves a clap. The whole team at Bairstowe Eves dealt with the sale of my mothers house very professionally. They kept me posted every step of the way and they were on the ball when it came to actually dealing with the sales process and conveyancers. Even though we had problems with our buyers, the team at Bairstowe remained positive, pushed for early exchange and completion, and got the deal through. I have used Bairstow eves to manage my property

I have used Bairstow eves to manage my property for the last two years. However the deliverables that were set out when signing the agreement were not met, from increasing rent annually according to market rent, to making sure that licenses were in place throughout the two year let. I have both times went out and got the gas certification and then sent it over to them myself, this was a managed service and Ideally they should have provided this service if not a reminder at least.

Thank you to all at Bairstowes, but particularly Gemma and Claire, for providing a first class service when helping me to buy my house. I dealt with Gemma initially, she was very friendly and approachable and kept me informed of how my offer was progressing. Once the purchase was underway, I dealt with Claire mainly. We wouldn't hesitate with recommending the service we received from everyone at Bairstow Eves. From the valuation, to the viewings, liaising with us as offers came in and then helping us after the sale had been agreed every member of staff was supportive and professional. Claire and her team seemed happy to answer all of my questions (I had a lot!) and when I had concerns that things had slowed down with the conveyancing they stepped in to support with that too. Selling a house can be a stressful process, but I was really grateful to have such a great team helping us to navigate it all from start to finish.

Absolutely brilliant service from Bairstow Eves at Jubilee Crescent. We had a pretty difficult sale and onward purchase which took almost a year and we certainly wouldn't be in our new house now if it wasn't for the exceptional above and beyond service of Claire Dawe and her team. Claire went out of her way to keep lines of communication open at all times even with agents further up the chain to ensure that everything came together. There were times when we thought this was going to collapse but Claire kept us informed and as positive as we could be under some very difficult circumstances. Very poor communication & unprofessional experience. I would not recommend using the Cannock branch. Lack of dedicated service to sell a property when we are the paying customers, no faith in them doing anything they say, if you can get in touch with them the right person will never be there and they will be blame it on someone else. Gemma, Claire and the team were fantastic. I never felt like I was under pressure or that anything was too much trouble. Even after they were paid and could have ignored me they took the trouble of calling in on the house we had sold (living 100 miles away it was difficult) and took photos for our final meter reading. I have been looking for house on zoopla and came accross few properties which belongs to bairstoweves,intially they were saying viewing are unavailable then later on they don’t even answer phone and when they answered they were showing properties only which they want to show and not one we want or shown available.One of the most vulnerable experience staff don’t care they don’t come back to you i would never want property from them
