GoogleI work here every week and really enjoy the place. People who work there create a friendly atmosphere and the place itself is very comfortable and has everything I need. It also has a canteen with tasty dishes (vegetarian and vegan options available) for good price.

GoogleHighly unprofessional and unreliable. I was planning to use this agency for my rental property, but their complete lack of competence and poor work ethic resulted in a significant financial impact on me. Even though I was a prospective client trusting their professional reputation, they showed zero accountability. I will absolutely never use this agency in the future.

GoogleWe have reviewed feedback from other customers who have encountered similar difficulties with these three-year agreements. It was our clear understanding that we could terminate the contract after 12 months by providing three months’ notice. We served notice after first discussing the matter with your office three months in advance. Despite this, we now find ourselves required to resolve the dispute through the courts.

GoogleWe arranged a viewing with Kai Seale for a property on Woodcote Grove Road. He was rude and immature in his email correspondence and in person. At the viewing, he appeared very bored and very ill-informed about the property. There was also a peculiar form he wanted us to fill out, should we wish to make an offer that the other Streets Ahead branches do not require. My feeling was that he already had a buyer lined up but was arranging viewings as a formality. I am very surprised with the Google rating of this estate agent but on closer inspection, many of these reviews are from accounts with single reviews which appears suspicious. On the other hand, perhaps Kai Seale was having a bad week!

GoogleI do not normally publish reviews but felt my recent experience with an estate agent here named Kai Seal was worth posting for anyone wishing to use this branch. In my 30 years of buying and selling properties, I have come across only a handful of agents with an attitude as bad as that of Kai Seal's. We contacted Kai Seal in order to arrange a viewing. His tone was disinterested and unhelpful and this was reinforced further at the viewing itself when he answered simple questions with sarcastic and passive-aggressive comments, maybe to overcompensate for his lack of knowledge about the property. My partner described him as disrespectful, childish and lazy. My suggestion would be for Kai Seal to find a role with less emphasis on interpersonal connections given that his demeanour is enough to deter you from buying a property. While he remains in this role however, I hope no one has the misfortune of having their property sale managed by this person.

GoogleI would highly recommend Kai Seale from Streets Ahead Coulsdon. The clear communication throughout the purchasing process of our new property was excellent so everything went smoothly and to plan. Kai’s has great customer service and a professional approach to all aspects of the business. We were viewing numerous properties at the time and Kai made it easy as people buy from people and not just the product (although that helps). I will most certainly be using Streets Ahead in the future.
