Had a few trouble with choices getting people out to sort things but Honestly so greatful to this lady for getting our hot water back up and running by as soon as she could. My husband and I are extremely happy with the flat we rented through Choices. We were also happy with the way Choices handled the renting process, from viewing to referencing and eventually giving us the keys to the flat. Having tried to rent through several other agents, we were impressed with the level of professionalism and assistance offered us by Millie Lawlor and Amy. They were patient when we turned up late for the viewing, upfront about the documents needed for referencing and were always available to help when we hit a roadblock. The referencing process was swift and we pick up the keys to the flat on the agreed day for pickup. Thank you Millie, thank you Amy and thank you Choices.

I am writing this to warn potential tenants, particularly those who may be vulnerable, about the conduct of Choices Estate Agents in Redhill.
We are very sorry to hear about the difficult circumstances described and do sympathise with anyone experiencing a personal crisis. As managing agents, we are legally required to act in accordance with the landlord’s instructions and current tenancy legislation, which governs how and when changes to agreements can take place. We take matters of tenant welfare seriously and follow appropriate procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

Always friendly, professional and personal service. Louise and Rosie have been particularly kind to me when I needed extra help with something and then when I cried because I had a mouse in the house! Vicky was also lovely when I phoned to apologise for crying and ended up crying again. You never feel like you’re bothering anyone which is brilliant!

Choices continue to inform me of issues and offer no solutions/guidance or management of any kind. This is the 3rd time I have been left to sort out the issues my tenant is facing. Given the fees are 11% of the rental value, this service is completely inadequate. I will be sending formal notice to end my contract with Choices tomorrow.

Honestly must be very mismanaged. I would steer clear of this agency if you can. No one responds to questions even though you can see that they have seen your messages. they leave you to constantly chase them up and come up with outlandish excuses as to why your real estate agent isn't available or why they keep changing. But you have to seek out this information yourself otherwise they just won't tell you. They also will bill you incorrectly and ask for way more money and then when you say its incorrect they tell you to delete the email so you delete their evidence!!

It's clear from 2 years of dealing with this company that it is a shameless mercenary organisation. Its business model is designed to squeeze every penny out of tenants and landlords, via shady business practices - both at a policy level and in terms of how the staff are coached to communicate. Not only is there zero customer focus, but the way the representatives communicate with tenants is disgusting. Rude, abrasive emails from this company's staff members often includes a signoff message encouraging the reader to logon to Trust Pilot to leave a review so the representative can win an internal competition.

Choices, just like any other business, has their problems. However, staff are always willing to help. I have been with them since August 2022 and they were the only agency who did not treat us indifferently. Helen was quick to book a first viewing and Charlote took over with a second. As a recent overseas worker, I feel happy that they do not discriminate people and will allow them rent regardless of their origins.

Choices is Going from being a nightmare to deal with. To becoming workable. We dealt with Rachel over the weekend with a plumbing issue. She was great from start to finish in the process.
