I met with the Property Surveyor and was immediately impressed with his friendly demeanor, professional approach and knowledge of the market, both locally and nationally. The team at MOV8 proved to be fast and efficient, with regular communication to keep me informed of progress. All compulsory checks and associated paper work were expedited promptly and the team took time to talk me through each stage of the process. Staff efficiency and good communication were pivotal to a quick sale. Within 6 days of my flat going on the market, I received a number good offers on my property, which certainly enhanced my overall satisfaction! Just to conclude, I found MOV8 staff to be friendly, professional and efficient and would highly recommend them if you are considering selling your own property.

Within a week the photos had been taken, the home report was done and the advertising with schedules/boards and the espc had all been arranged. Sarah from Mov8 was excellent in helping with the sale of my house. She kept me fully informed in every step from the start to the end.
