Thank you for your feedback Iria. Obviously we were very concerned to hear your complaints and fully investigated them before getting in touch with you. What your review doesn't say is perhaps more important than what it does: that we have actually contacted you several times about this issue, provided you with written confirmation from the other firm of solicitors that we did in fact submit an offer on your behalf and, in spite of that, you are insisting on leaving this review in place (having actually changed it from two stars to one star after we resolved it!). We genuinely attempt to provide the very best service that we possibly can and, of course, we try to take any feedback as a service improvement opportunity, however where that feedback is false and defamatory we absolutely must respond. If you genuinely believe that such a serious wrong has befallen you, in spite of proof to the contrary, we would ask that you address a further complaint to us directly so that we can do something about it or that you take the complaint to the independent complaints body, The Scottish Legal Complaints Commission (SLCC). Otherwise, we would be obliged if you would please remove what we consider to be a defamatory post.
