GoogleBought a house through JW Wood and they were super helpful throughout the entire process. Unfortunately our sale took a good amount of time (22 weeks for a vacant property with no chain involved!) but that was due to delays beyond the agents control. Throughout the entire process and out of all the people we dealt with, I had upmost trust in Kelly, who was our case manager, and Olivia who always seemed to answer the phone when I called in. Both were super very friendly and keen to help. They supported me with advice on how to chase things up with the solicitors and we are really happy with JW Woods service.
