TrustpilotRude,Unhelpful
Rude,Unhelpful, It is because of staff like this that give estate agents the reputation of the most hated people to do business with, I feel sorry for the people whose property they are selling because they are no good at dealing with purchasers, I would never even consider dealing with these people again and strongly advise anyone else to so the same as there are hundreds of estate agents to chose from.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and take your concerns very seriously. Providing excellent service is our priority, and we regret that we fell short in this instance. If you’re open to it, we’d appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further and address your concerns directly. Please feel free to reach out to us.

GoogleCouldn’t fault the friendly and helpful staff at Consett branch. Julie kept us up to date at all times. We had photos taken on the Wednesday, by Tracy who was amazing and captured the full potential of our property, and had an offer of full asking price on the Saturday. Would definitely recommend using this estate agents.

GoogleAfter a bad experience with 2 previous estate agents, I decided to use JW Wood. Very pleased with the service that they provided, they far excelled the other agents I had used. Very professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone selling their home if they would like to use a competent estate agent. Samantha went above and beyond, chasing up the many issues from lower down the chain. Very friendly and professional.PositiveProfessionalism
Third time lucky!? Many thanks for the great review and we are delighted that Sam was able to help restore your faith in estate agents (we aren't all bad).
