GoogleI have found Keystone property to be extremely professional and efficient. Selling my property within three weeks of being on the market and completing the sale within four weeks. Excellent communication from Heather & Rachel. Certainly recommend this Estate Agency to anyone. Certainly defies the marketing of the on-line only estate agents having no offices or back up team from people that know their area and local knowledge which drives relationships and sales, and no upfront fees. Thank you all very much.

GoogleAmazing. There can be no other word. Brilliant service from Ben in the first instance, and Rachel and Heather in the office were amazing from start to finish. Ben's photography is the best in the business for flattering your home but, importantly, not deceiving potential buyers. The matterport 3D tour sets Keystone apart from others as others simply don't offer it. Would recommend to anyone, in any location, that Keystone are the estate agents for you. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, though we’re naturally disappointed to hear you felt unhappy with your experience. To clarify, the property you expressed interest in had only just launched to market and had already generated significant interest, with over 10 viewings booked within the first 24 hours. For this reason, and in line with our duty to act in the best interests of the seller, we advised that offers would need to be towards the top end of the advertised range in order to be considered at this early stage. In addition, we do have a clear policy of requiring proof of funds before entering into formal negotiations on any property. At the time, you were unable to demonstrate that the funds were available, and while we appreciate you shared a letter regarding a potential future release of funds, this unfortunately did not meet the standard required for us to proceed with an offer. We understand this may have been frustrating, and we certainly don’t take any pleasure in having to turn people away. That said, we’d be more than happy to assist you again in the future. If you see another property you’re interested in and are in a position to verify your funding, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’d be glad to help. GoogleWorst agency ever! Multiple times when they tried to force me to pay for repainting rooms because of mold on the walls! Construction specialist told us that this is fault of invalid construction, not because of us! Stains of overpowered electrics would also have to be paid by me! They are showing 1x3 inches picture as evidence. They are also not respecting reports of faulties, because I still wait half a year to get my toilet to stop leaking all over.... Not respecting tenants, and high prices.. Shame on you!
Please can you remove this review Anna. We do not have anyone by this name that has ever rented from us and it is damaging to our business. I think this is either a bogus review left by a competitor or you have the wrong agency...

From my first meeting with Ben to the completion of the sale of our house everyone we dealt with were professional, friendly, listened and always followed up on our requests. Over the 40 years I have bought and sold a few houses and Keystone are without doubt the best agents I have dealt with.
