We recently bought a house with Keystone and they were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. The property was sold as “searches ready”, which made the buying process very smooth and straightforward. To be honest, the only delay during the process was due to a delay with our mortgage offer. But Sammie was always there, supportive and professional. I would especially like to thank Sammie here for all her help and support. We really can’t recommend them enough!

We honestly cannot thank Sophie enough for everything she did during our sale. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. The whole process had some very stressful moments, but Sophie went above and beyond at every stage to keep things moving and reassure us when we needed it most. Her communication was outstanding, always keeping us updated, chasing things up proactively, and handling difficult situations with professionalism and calm. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it genuinely felt like she cared about our sale as much as we did. Without Sophie’s dedication, persistence, and support, the sale would very likely have fallen through. We are so grateful for her hard work and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Keystone sold our property back in September 25 and we also bought our new property through them aswell. They were amazing from.start to finish. There is a reason why they are the top agents in the area. Their social media presence is second to none and all of this nowadays makes a massive difference when selling/buying your home. We were assigned Sammie along with Beth and could not fault either of them. Their communication was amazing and were so quick and efficient at getting back from queries and keeping us in the loop for every step. It made selling and moving a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We were really pleased with the services provided by Keystone. From our first contact, they were efficient and friendly. Selling the home you were brought up in is an extremely emotional process, but this was handled sensitively by all the staff with whom we spoke. We originally went with another reputable estate agent, to sell our house, after hearing Keystones pitch. What followed was months of dawdling and sand kicking as the only strategy was adjusting price on rightmove. We received limited feedback and updates and we had to chase all the time. We had 4 viewings in about six months. In our exhaustion we decided to change estate agent to Keystone and we couldn't have been happier with the sharp contrast. It may look like Keystone takes a higher percentage but they're also providing you with a far superior service. Prompt response to enquiries, fantastic marketing , great methods for tracking the sale, the difference was night and day. We had so many email notifications of viewings it was hard to keep up. All of these viewings ended up in numerous offers that enabled us to get far more than was quoted by our initial estate agent, we gained upwards of £10,000 thanks to Sammie and the team at Keystone. Time is money and Keystone don't mess about when it comes to either. Couldn't recommend them more!

An estate agent on a whole different level! We recently purchased a house through Keystone, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the very first phone call, the team was friendly and accommodating with viewings. Viewings never felt pushy and weren't rushed around the property. After a few viewings, we submitted our offer with a phone call to Keystone and let them work their magic. Having the searches ready in advance was a huge advantage, speeding up the process by around six weeks. Sophie and the team kept us fully informed throughout, guiding us through every step and proactively pushing both sides to keep things moving. While the process wasn’t as smooth or quick as we’d hoped (through no fault of Keystone), Sophie was always just a phone call or email away - constantly chasing solicitors and keeping things on track. Even our solicitor commented that they had never worked with an estate agent so proactive and dedicated. If Keystone were like most other agents, we would probably still be waiting to move! We wouldn’t hesitate to use Keystone again -whether buying or selling. They truly set the bar for what an estate agent should be and we cannot thank Sophie and the team at Keystone enough.

We recently used Keystone after needing to sell a house following a bereavement, Sammie and everyone at Keystone made this journey so easy for us, Sammie was very kind and delicate in her nature throughout the whole process at this difficult time. Due to Keystone using a pool of approved buyers that register for early interest, we were able to secure multiple viewings and 5 offers and a sale within 6 days. The use of the Whats app group for the process is great to keep everyone informed and answer any questions quickly without the need for phone calls and a flow chart of where the process is up to was a great visual help for us. The marketing and the pricing of the property was 5 star, resulting in a sale higher that what we were expecting. Above all, 5 star service with very informative and helpful staff and would highly recommend Keystone to everyone selling or buying a house.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the service I received from Sophie at Keystone during the entire process of buying my first home. As a first-time buyer, I had no idea what to expect, and there were many hurdles along the way but Sophie was always available to give her expert advice and reassurance. Keystone and our client care consultant, Sophie, were excellent in the way they supported the purchase of our new home. I would be happy to recommend Keystone to anyone looking to purchase property. The application they shared with us, to track our purchase, gave a clear view of where we were in the process with a percentage of completion chart. We used this often to gauge how the purchase was going. Sophie acted as a good bridge between ourselves and the seller. I never felt pressured or that any question was too much effort for her. We honestly can’t speak highly enough of the team at Keystone. From our very first interaction, they were absolutely fantastic, professional, friendly, and always on the ball. One thing we really appreciated was their use of WhatsApp for communication. It made everything so much easier while we were at work, we could ask quick questions and always got fast, helpful replies. They were super responsive and really made us feel supported every step of the way. Ben and Sammie were both amazing. Even before we officially chose Keystone, Ben took the time to walk us through the process in detail and made sure we felt confident moving forward. The level of care and attention to detail was next level. When the time came to take photos, they went above and beyond, not only making sure everything looked great but even trimming the dead leaves from our pot plants to get the perfect shot. It’s the little things like that which really stood out to us. We’re naturally people with high expectations, and the fact that Keystone went above and beyond genuinely impressed us. Every team member we dealt with was helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive, nothing was ever too much trouble. We were genuinely gutted that we didn’t end up buying our house through Keystone. The difference in service compared to another local estate agent we had to deal with was night and day. Excellent service from start to finish. Keystone provided a frank and honest valuation of our property explaining in detail the marketing process for preparing our home for sale. Throughout the process, communication was second to none; queries answered promptly and interaction with Solicitors when required took away a lot of potential stress.
