We sold our property using keystone and we were unable to fault them. Brilliant service from start to end. All the staff were so helpful and Sammie was always on hand to help with answering our questions. We 100% recommend using keystone for your sale!

The effort and attention to customer relations is second to none at Keystones. They keep you updated regularly and are happy to chase to get answers. This combined with the excellent attention to detail when selling my property have really made the whole process a team effort. I had my house on the market with another estate agent for approx 4 months, with minimal viewings and an offer that fell through a few days after it was made. Within 3 weeks of switching to Keystone, there were multiple viewings and a choice of offers - helped by a realistic valuation, the use of a guide price, and superior photos / videos. Sammie and the rest of the team were so helpful throughout the process, from listing to completion, keeping me updated, and relaying / responding to messages quickly; having a WhatsApp group worked very well. Thanks to the team for all your work!

We recently purchased a house with Keystone and the service we received was excellent. Beth was extremely helpful and friendly and kept us updated on a regular basis. The details given for the house were very extensive and thorough. Lots of photos were available, also Matterport and a really helpful video.

We chose to appoint Keystone due to their local knowledge and approachable style. We were selling two houses and buying one so we thought this would be a difficult job to navigate ourselves. Ben assured us that this was something that was very doable and arranged for multiple viewings of both properties on the same Saturday - by Monday we both had offers on the table. We decided to purchase a property that was advertised with Keystone, from this point Jill and the team kept us up to date with the sales and purchase of all 3 properties - all the deals were done within 9 weeks. Things got a little complicated in the last week but Jill and the team liaised with vendors and solicitors to ensure completions we’re done to everyone’s satisfaction. Would definitely recommend

From the moment Ben called out and explained what Keystone could offer, we knew we would be in good hands. The professional attitude from all the staff during the process of our sale was 2nd to none. One big point for me was the fact that the phone never went unanswered when I rang. Both Jill and Rachel were more than happy to help in any way possible and are a credit to the company. It was also a relief to find they were acting for the sellers in our purchase as well. It’s been a hectic few weeks since the completion of our sale and moving into our new home, and getting settled in, so we are only now just managing to sit down and reflect on the experiences we had with the different professionals we used for our house move. We used Keystone for the sale of our property after feeling quite familiar with Ben from watching all the videos on Facebook whilst looking for houses, and I am so glad we did! From first contact to completion Ben, and the team, were great; communication was spot on, house viewing were well managed, and any concerns or worries we had were met with sound advice, and well informed answers. We also used Keystone as our mortgage broker; Brad and then Olivia were great from the outset, and I felt I was kept in the loop consistently, and towards completion Olivia went over and above her remit to put our minds at ease when a third party organisation was potentially holding things up. We couldn’t ask for much more than that! So overall, we had a great experience with Keystone Estate Agents, and would have no issue in recommending them to anyone.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I Highly recommend using these guys!! This is our 2nd time of using keystone to find us a better mortgage deal. Brad and Olivia were outstanding with their work! Brad listened carefully to what we would like and was able to advise us and provide us with a great mortgage deal that suited our family budget. Olivia also cared for us throughout the process and ensured all Information was communicated correctly and in great time. Great team work by all.
