Fantastic service and professionalism from the my first enquiry about their services to the completion of my sale. At the point of valuing my property Ben gave honest critical advice on how and when to sell. Keystone provided a unique service, on top of the amazing photography that helped show my property to the best of its potential, was the Facebook 'virtual walkthrough' video. This was shown purely on Facebook to target a specific audience looking for my kind of property. I was delighted to have a viewing request within 20 minutes of the video going live. That viewing sold my property! Ben offered mortgage advice and although I had organised my own mortgage for my new property purchase I would have been comfortable with taking Ben's advice. I did take Ben's advice and services for my new homes insurance. During the sale process Keystone, and in particular Rachel in the office, kept me updated regularly every step of the way. Some complications were encountered, as I expect may happen quite commonly during property sales, however Ben kept me informed and advised on next courses of action. Not serious and unprofessional. Agency has provided false information about the state of the flat , covering all of the faults with painting. The faults are old, rotten windows , the handles are coming off , horrible heating due to heater needs to be changed - however agency said they are not going to change it and as a result the flat is freezing cold and very high level of dampness and walls are covered in mould which hasn’t been noticed before cause they were painted over by the agency before my viewing of the flat , which is ridiculous. Plumbing system also isn’t working properly! This time I have contacted the organisation for rights protection and it is looking into at the moment.Categorically I don't recommend!!! You changed 3 windows after I complained about you. And you didn’t do anything else. Everything remained in poor condition. There is dampness, the boiler constantly turns off, the batteries warm badly. And I lived without a toilet for two months because of your fault. This is horror. Do not write fraud here and do not say that you have done everything. You have never even come to this apartment and have not seen what condition it is in.

There are properties around where I live being handled by other agents that were on the market before ours and are still for sale. From start to finish, what stood out most about Keystone was their level of engagement, their proactivity and communication, which was excellent across multiple channels (phone/email/WhatsApp). It felt like the whole team were invested in our success and were all pulling in the same direction, while always being humble and open to feedback, and maintaining a personal touch at all times. They gave us confidence with their level of knowledge of the local property market and the wide variety of expertise they possess across the team. The quality of the marketing, the photos and the well-presented videos speaks for itself, as does the social media presence. Keystone has a great blend of very talented and experienced individuals, who together make a team that is even greater than the sum of its parts! All of these positives that I mention above are in stark contrast to the very poor (and costly) service we had previously experienced with another local agent. We had initially listed our property for sale with the other agent, who came with a very strong reputation and certainly "talked the talk" when it came to getting us to sign up. However, after we'd paid an upfront fee the cracks very quickly started to appear and we became incredibly frustrated with their lack of basic communication, lack of progress and general arrogance. They also seemed pretty out of touch with social media and they refused to do any video marketing. Keystone were a breath of fresh air in comparison. I'm so glad that we decided to cut our losses with the previous agent and that we switched over to Keystone, who got the job done very impressively indeed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keystone to anyone looking to sell their property in the Flintshire area.

Our whole experience with Keystone has been nothing short of Perfect! It all started with an appointment with Ben, to gain an idea of how getting a mortgage would work, and what needed to be done! After having a chat about our needs, he did all the work in finding the mortgage that was right for us! Later that day, he had us approved, and arranged a viewing on the house we had already fallen in love with before stepping foot inside! Within half an hour of being accepted, Rachel was at the house waiting for us! That was it, bid was accepted, and the house was ours! Not only did Ben source our mortgage, he recommended us to a solicitor, Byron Cross, (who will also be getting a review of this nature) and as first time buyers with no idea how getting our first mortgage would happen, this took away all of the initial stress! Step by step, all of the team at Keystone kept us fully informed on progress, they made us feel at ease all of the way through our buying experience! Even on the day we were dude to get our keys, there was one hic up which the whole team worked hard on resolving, it made us feel like us having our new home on time was their priority and nothing else mattered! If anybody is considering mortgage advice, buying a property, or even renting your home, I give you my word that you are in safe hands with Keystone! Amazing Service!! We were buying from Keystone and were so impressed we switched our sale to them too! The whole team are professional, consistent, friendly, I was kept informed all the way, even if there's nothing to report I would get a call to assure me they are chasing any issues.
