GoogleFirst class service all the way through, Rachel and Heather were always at the end of the phone and always returned calls. Ben handled our mortgage and nothing was too much bother. Don't waste time going to anyone else....go straight to Keystones professional service start to finish thank you

GoogleWe have just recently bought our first house through Keystone and we could not be happier with the whole process. From viewing to completion, we always felt supported and completely up to date with what was going on. Brad and Olivia helped us with the mortgage process and again, we only have great things to say. As well as helping us find our mortgage, they were both always happy to answer our many questions, and we feel we have learned a lot because of them. We also got given access to a tracking platform at the beginning of the process which helped us keep up to date with what was going on from both sides which we found really useful. We would not hesitate to use Keystone again!

GoogleRang to enquire regarding a property , unfortunately not even a friendly introduction simply went straight from me saying I'd like to enquire regarding the said property to their response of you cannot view the property without the proof of a bank statement to show I have the full amount to buy the property cash or proof I have sold my property and I have mortgage set up to borrow the money in full. I'm not sure if this is a new selling technique or just they are simply rude. Imagine speaking to a potential buyer in that manner and I had actually rung to ask what the land was adjacent to the property which I didn't even get to ask and instead I know why the property has been on the market so long and has been reduced . I would not even have been considering requesting a viewing until I had more information regarding the area . I DON'T WRITE REVIEWS BUT I'M STUNNED BY THE UTTERLY DISGRACEFUL MANNER I WAS SPOKEN TONegativeProfessionalism

I would have been more than happy to speak to you directly to explain why we have to ensure viewers are in a position to buy - it’s not only because we are currently following welsh government covid guidance on this there are a number of other factors. GoogleWe employed Keystone to sell our parents house following our Mum's death. We cannot commend their staff highly enough for the sensitive and professional manner in which they handled the advertising and incredibly speedy sale of the property for us. They were always on hand to answer our questions and guided us through the process with very regular email updates on the progress of the sale. Keystone have an obviously detailed knowledge of the local market and were highly recommended by friends and internet ratings alike. GoogleFantastic Estate Agent. We bought and sold a property with Keystone. The marketing in particular was exceptional. Ben's video he put on Facebook the day he came to value the property created interest within two hours. We had many positive comments from people who had seen the visual tour he did for us and with Lee's help conducting the accompanied viewings the property sold in a couple of weeks. Rachel in the office proved to be a great link between ourselves, our buyer's and Solicitors etc. I've had dealings with many estate agents over the years and Keystone have definitely been the best. Highly recommended.

GoogleI’m absolutely thrilled with service I have received from Keystone Property & Mortgage Centre. In particular the level of communication was fantastic. I have used other estate agents in the past and often felt like I was doing most of the work! This was never the case with Keystone, who immediately followed up on viewings, gave helpful feedback and supported communication and negotiations with the people in the chain and the legal teams. Staff are all so friendly and helpful and understand the process not just from a professional point of view but from a personal one also. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them. Thank you Keystone
