Special mentions to Pete, Matt and Sara who all went above and beyond to help get a very complicated sale across the line. Her authenticity really comes across: no showmanship or facade with Caroline, rather a lady who genuinely cares. You do Chris Hamriding proud Caroline.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS! The WORSE estate agents I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Unprofessional, unresponsive, uncooperative. If you are selling do your buyers a favour and use someone else. We were passed from pillar to post, had to chase them every step of the way, they were never reactive. They also over valued the property we were buying, so when we offered the correct price the sellers thought they were doing us a favour!! When in actual fact that was the price the property should have been listed at. AVOID these guys they are low end and low tech, the videos of their properties often don’t work! Don’t buy from them and don’t sell with them.

GoogleAMAZING!!!! My wife and I had a arduous journey selling our house from estate agents over pricing to false offers and zero pro-activity. We were on the market for 14 months in total before being recommended Chris and his team. Before meeting Chris we were completely disillusioned with the whole estate agency process having has various bad experiences with several different agents. No pro-activity, no communication, poor pricing and poor marketing material all lead to 14 months of our lives being on hold. Chris is the antithesis of this, he gave a refreshingly honest appraisal of our property, priced it perfectly, proactively pushed with the RIGHT type of buyer and marketed the property professionally. All of this resulted in Chris selling our property on the third viewing just 4 weeks after it went on the market. Putting this into context we had 6 viewings in the previous 14 months . We can't thank Chris and his team enough for giving us the opportunity to move into our new dream home. 10/10 highly recommended.

GoogleWas looking to buy a house in Congleton last year and viewed several by different agents, we didn't buy through Chris Hamriding but that was down to finding the right property elsewhere. Chris met us politely, helped my disabled mother into the house, knew everything we asked about the property (from the boiler to the rights of chopping a large tree out of the garden )and showed us every detail- most other companies just let us in an left us to walk around and were dumbfounded by any questions. If I ever sold my house this is the guy I would want selling it!
