GoogleGood estate agent. The 2 properties we looked at were around 10-15% overpriced (on an independent valuation). However, we were told by our valuer that this is normal and within the normal range to allow buyers to go in with their lower offer. Plus we were advised the buyer might have insisted on a higher price initially against the agents advice. Agent always return calls and I find them polite, reliable and very helpful.
