They were always quick to respond and help with any queries - they helped communicate between myself and the sellers which ensured competition happened quickly (within 2 months!) and overall just lovely to deal with. GoogleWe changed agents and found both Chris and Peter ( the partners )very easy to talk to and both made useful suggestions to help us find a buyer for our property. The suggestions must have worked because literally within days of going on the market they had found several potential buyers and one was ready to go and we had sold. We were particularly impressed with the lady who showed all the potential buyers round ( Sara ) she really seemed to put everyone at ease and enjoy the experience . GoogleModern way forward to selling houses and renting homes. Chris and pete make professional like videos to show off the property to its full potential before you even step through the door to see in person. Viewed 2 property's to rent with them and after seeing the video of the 2nd one my expectations were high. Got a viewing for the 2nd property and those expectations were met. All the staff are friendly. And Megan helped me quickly and efficiently get my application done for the property. Keep up the good work.

The team have been very supportive, Pete and Chris are very down to earth and go above and beyond. Chris came out to value the house, no hassle, absolutely no pressure, felt very at ease and the presentation of my property has been outstanding, no one else do online videos like this, not only informative but entertaining...a must watch! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly local agent. Having read some of the poorer reviews I cannot believe they are genuine, every part of my experience with them has been positive.

Special mentions to Pete, Matt and Sara who all went above and beyond to help get a very complicated sale across the line. I was acting from a distance as an executor and whatever I asked for help with was never too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
