GoogleI can thoroughly recommend Chris Hamriding estate agency. From Pete’s initial appraisal to Sara’s tenacious progression getting the sale over the line the staff have all been great and the process has been as smooth as it could be! The property videos do a really good job too!

GoogleI have recently sold my house through Chris Hamriding. It took less than 2 weeks. The video of the house was excellent, which helped sell the property. Caroline Allen, the sales negotiator, worked very hard in managing the offers received, trying to get the best price and most importantly, communicating with us regularly to discuss what our options were. From publishing their professional video showing our house to perfection, through securing a sale within 4 days to nursing us over so many hurdles out of our hands that resulted in the completion taking nearly 12 months the team were exemplary.
