Hi Kasir, We have searched our system high and low to hopefully find your contact details so we may reach out and chat with you. We cannot find you anywhere on our system and have no record of a call etc whatsoever! We find this most strange. If only we knew what the situation was, we could have willingly explained it to you! We are a small, independent family business and being rude is not in our mission statement, far from it in fact. It would be great if you could contact any of our friendly team for a chat to rectify this unusual review but should you wish to remain mysteriously anonymous then we wish you the very best! GoogleWe bought our house in 2023 with Chris Hamriding. We were really happy with the service they provided, from the listing through the offers process, negotiations and all the way to completion. We had several delays and issues especially towards the end, and we felt that Chris Hamriding estate agents were really in our corner, trying to help us get answers and ensuring everyone did what they needed. We would definitely be happy to purchase with this estate agent again, and would likely sell with them in the future as well.

GoogleThe team at Chris Hamriding have been nothing but helpful, and understanding, as I have gone through the process of selling my first property, and then further supporting me in securing a new home. I was very daunted coming into the process but even after my initial valuation with Pete I felt far more relaxed. Any viewings which took place whilst I was in the property were handled professionally and I enjoyed feeling involved in the process. My biggest thanks go to Nicola who has been unfaltering in her support, and has always been lovely, handling even simple questions with care and consideration.
