Had a phone call from a chap from the company who was very concerned that the service I had received was not up to there expected standard. He wanted to know what had happened so that they could make sure extra training was given to staff if necessary.
Since this review I have dealt with a couple of the ladies from the office and they have been great, still haven’t managed to get as far as arranging a viewing but at least they seem interested when I do call, and have even followed up with some suggested properties.
