Google5 star service all round! Caroline was great, dealing with all of the details, making things super simple for me on my side. During the sale Everybody involved from beginning to end was awesome! Sara was really helpful keeping me updated with progress and was always available to answer any questions. Would recommend these guys every time!

GoogleI can’t recommend Chris Hamriding Estate Agents enough - I had two sales fall through & finally all went to plan on the third (third time lucky as they say) through no fault of my own or the estate agents, however the two that fell through for unforeseen circumstance were dealt with in a professional manner & at each step advice was given to guide me through - whilst doing everything to re list & re sell the property. I really can’t thank everyone enough for all their help, especially Nicola & Georgie who really stood out as true professionals. I’d 100% recommend the team and would use them again in a heartbeat. GoogleThe team at Chris Hamriding were great when I was looking to sell my house. I could see they were doing well with the amount of for sale boards (and more importantly to me, the sold boards!) popping up around Congleton recently so decided to pop into the office. The team were really helpful, listened to my questions and before I knew it we had a valuation in place, one that made sense to me based on other houses that had sold near me. It took a week or so for the house to start getting interest but the team kept in touch throughout and once viewings came in they were all on time and prompt feedback was provided on how they went. Needless to say I sold my house shortly afterwards and would recommend them to anyone. They clearly know the housing market inside out and the experience they have of Congleton is incredible. GoogleChris Hamriding estate agents take professionalism to another level at all stages. Preparing the listing they did an excellent virtual tour to attract buyers. They were incredibly efficient booking viewings and communicated status of viewers and their feedback immediately. The viewings were managed professionally and this was very helpful as I was some distance away. Their negotiation team could not have been more helpful and well informed. They also put a lot of work into closing the sale and making sure all questions were answered. Genuinely I cannot praise this agency enough. There is literally nothing they could have done better or to be more supportive. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. GoogleChris and Pete were very professional and sympathetic to our needs. Their no-nonsense approach helped save a lot of time. They are always there to talk to. Megan and Chris worked hard to put our property in the rental market in record time and booked so many viewings within four days. The first person who viewed the property liked the property. The rest of the process was made simple by the whole team. Matt, Caroline and Nicole were excellent in taking messages and passing them over. Excellent communication and brilliant service. GoogleThe team at Chris Hamriding have been nothing but helpful, and understanding, as I have gone through the process of selling my first property, and then further supporting me in securing a new home. I was very daunted coming into the process but even after my initial valuation with Pete I felt far more relaxed. Any viewings which took place whilst I was in the property were handled professionally and I enjoyed feeling involved in the process. Video experience was perfect for those who didn't want to view in person due to covid. We also bought a house which was marketed by estate agent and again communication was good. GoogleOutstanding from start to finish, the video to show our home provided it in the best light, communication was exceptional, always easy to speak to someone and help was always on hand, can't recommend them enough. Especially with regards to Sara from a chain that was fraught with issues, Sara really went above and beyond to get us in our new home. Without her I don't think we would be in now. She really rallied everyone and was in our corner. Can't thank her enough.
