GoogleGenuine; diligent; ridiculously hard-working and very knowledgeable - can't believe how easy Chris Hamriding made the whole process of selling a property. After atrocious dealings with other estate agents, Chris Hamriding made the whole process effortless. But the highest accolade I could pay to Chris and Mel is that they genuinely care about their customers and do their utmost to make sure they are looked after and get exactly what is right for them. Most other estate agents care only for the fee, whereas Chris and Mel care for the people they work with. Honestly couldn't recommend highly enough.

GoogleMy own solicitors were incompetent and horrendously poor at communicating in contrast Chris Hamriding and in particular Sarah were the polar opposite constantly in communication, helpful and definitely went the extra mile. I would go as far to say she kept the chain moving and made it happen. I actually think I would not be in my new home if it wasn’t for her.
