To the staff at Chris Hamriding’s. Just wanted to give you a little review and a massive thank you. We were one of the interested parties in 77 Avon Drive and we are unfortunately one of the unsuccessful ones. However! I would like to go back to the viewing date. On this particular day back in early September myself and my mum meet a lovely lady by the name of Kirstie, instantly we were thrilled with the house and the service. Kirstie put us at ease and was so informative about everything and it was a really nice experience, not being rushed we felt we had the time to appreciate the house and area and were able to ask questions at ease. After the viewing we fell into the simply wonderful hands of Georgie a kind, generous and extremely helpful lady who was more than happy to help us no matter the query. Through phone calls I briefly spoke to Nicola and Caroline who were also both very professional and helpful. Myself and my family really appreciate the care and attention all the staff gave to us even though we were unsuccessful on this occasion, we wouldn’t hesitate to call upon the staff at Chris Hamriding’s again. If you want great service (and I mean GREAT), a quick sale and an estate agent that you can trust has things in hand, these are the guys and gals for you. I would happily scribe just how impressed with the entire team I have been, but it's probably more useful to say this... Without the Chris Hamriding team, the chain in which I found myself in would have fallen through on multiple occasions...trust is hard to develop in such a short period of time but I trusted the whole team and they more than earned it! A special shout out to Sara who was happy to have me panicking over the phone and helping me along every step...even when it was not her responsibility! The team were always available or would get back to you within the hour. Appointments were dealt with efficiently with text messages and emails confirming names and times. Reminders were sent the evening before with immediate updates if times were altered. Most viewing were dealt with by the team and again they individually fed back to me the same day. The whole process from putting the house on the market to the final discussions prior to agreeing a sale was efficient and very supportive. I personally felt that prospective buyers and myself were kept in the loop at all times with clear deadlines and feedback. The roles of staff as the process moves forward is clear and at each stage I have a point of contact who keeps me informed of the process to date. Sara got my husband and I after another two attempted purchases with other agents fell through. We were quite despondent and getting to the end of our teather. We were in rented, running out of time, money and patience. Sara was absolutely fantastic with us, as was everyone we dealt with at the office. I believe that if it hadn't been for Sara the sale wouldn't have gone through as quick as it did. She always came back to me when she said she would. Was polite and professional and we would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Estate Agents get a bad rep and they really shouldn't. They get blamed when it's not their fault and in Sara's case she worked hard to get everything through. Please always remember, they don't have any remit over the conveyancing or the solicitors! Chris Hamriding estate agents take professionalism to another level at all stages. Preparing the listing they did an excellent virtual tour to attract buyers. They were incredibly efficient booking viewings and communicated status of viewers and their feedback immediately. The viewings were managed professionally and this was very helpful as I was some distance away. Their negotiation team could not have been more helpful and well informed.
