We subsequently made an offer which was fortunately accepted.

TrustpilotUnprofessional misleading estate agents
First-time buyers, agreed a sale on a property which subsequently our solicitor found issues on the property which the agents would have known about and didn't inform us. After months of legal back and forth and cost, our solicitor strongly advised us to back out which we did. The estate agents then tried to gaslight us to say we knew about the issue, very unprofessional would not recommend.

Excellent service from the whole team but in particular Sara from progressions, incredibly helpful and when things seemed to hit a brick wall, she was on hand to get things moving again.

GoogleThe staff of Chris Hamriding Congleton has been absolutely amazing, we met Matt initially who was so friendly and intoduced us to Lania Tkaczyk the lettings manager. Lania went out of her way to accommodate our needs, and find the right property for us. Being new to the UK rental market, Lania took her time to explain things to us. Once we were happy with the property she arranged a meeting with the landlords to see if we were a good fit. If we ever looking for a property in the future, we know who to go to and that's Chris Hamriding whose eco friendly electric car is a head turner!

Both Chris and Pete were enthusiastic and motivated from the beginning, their attention to detail was brilliant and we really felt that they put us at ease (with absolutely no ‘hard sell’). Potential buyers, especially those from out of the area, were impressed by the marketing package which was very informative and this prompted a good level of interest. Caroline and Nicola were allocated as our negotiators and nothing seemed too much trouble. We felt we were in safe hands and were kept fully updated. Contact was regular and friendly (always extremely professional) and I felt that they both took time to understand my working hours and personal commitments. I never felt I was pestering and was reassured when I had queries. Our sale is progressing well and we couldn’t be happier with the service we have received from this friendly, local company, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
