We changed agents and found both Chris and Peter ( the partners )very easy to talk to and both made useful suggestions to help us find a buyer for our property. The suggestions must have worked because literally within days of going on the market they had found several potential buyers and one was ready to go and we had sold. We were particularly impressed with the lady who showed all the potential buyers round ( Sara ) she really seemed to put everyone at ease and enjoy the experience . Modern way forward to selling houses and renting homes. Chris and pete make professional like videos to show off the property to its full potential before you even step through the door to see in person. Viewed 2 property's to rent with them and after seeing the video of the 2nd one my expectations were high. Got a viewing for the 2nd property and those expectations were met. The team have been very supportive, Pete and Chris are very down to earth and go above and beyond.
