GooglePoor communication. I'm still awaiting details of a property I saw for sale over a week ago. Also took 48h to resolve the same enquiry for my wife.

Using the pandemic and lockdown restrictions to move properties that are not up to standard. Sending unrepresentative photos of the state of the property and forgetting to mention the lack of working boiler.

Dear Ellie, Thank you for your feedback, which we believe to be in response to a recent social media post. For clarity, we would like to highlight that this is connected to the letting of a commercial retail premises, rather than a domestic dwelling; our Newcastle under Lyme branch are in no way connected to this transaction. We regret that the tenant doesn’t feel the property is fit for purpose. We are working with the tenant and the landlord to come to a solution but as the contract is signed the decision rests with the landlord. Unfortunately, due to Government imposed restrictions, we were unable to offer an in-person viewing and sent the tenant a short video of the property which was recorded prior to lockdown. The tenant ultimately made the decision to sign the lease, having had the time and opportunity to have this reviewed, and paid the rent for the first year in its entirety in advance; this was not a requisite of the letting but rather a decision made by the tenant. It's an unfortunate situation and we’ll continue to work with both sides in an attempt to come to a satisfactory outcome.bjb Commercial team.

Amy Freeman dealt with a house myself and my business partmer were purchasing in order to resolve a very difficult dispute.
