GoogleExcellent service and attention to detail, making things easier for us. If anything they like to call and touch base too often but its better than not at all. Michael helped us through and got us a good deal on the insurance too.

Quite disappointed overall from my experience with BJB. Had multiple issues with the property i was in, including a faulty front door which was reported December 2019. I moved out last month and this still hadn't been sorted. Its the letting agents job to ensure the landlord keeps the property in a livable and safe condition. This was not done and as a tenant i shouldn't have to be chasing for updates every week.
