We approached the Winsford branch to let out a rental property. Jenna could not have been more helpful - she has a clear understanding and extensive knowledge of what the products BJB have on offer and is very helpful. Everything we asked of her was completed and she kept us up to date with our tenancy application from our point of view and our tenants. I would recommend using BJB for the find a tenant service and especially ask for Jenna for excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service all the way through from initial inquiry through referencing to completion. Chelsea and Lydia could not have been more helpful. They even let me schedule a second viewing to measure up. Absolute pleasure dealing with them and I would recommend them at the drop of a hat.

I have rented off Butters John Bee for nearly 12 months. The service I have received from start to finish has been nothing but exceptional. We met Hayley Kelly on our first viewing and have delt with her ever since.. She is a pleasure to deal with and has resolved every issue promptly and professionally . We have just signed another 12 month tenancy and we know it will be another 12 months of great customer service. Don't ever leave please Hayley!!Kat&Tom

I don’t normally write reviews but as I always receive amazing service, I wanted to give some recognition.I’m a tenant of Butters John Bee, whenever I’ve had an issue, I always speak to Stacey, who has always efficiently dealt with things, she’s always had great communication with keeping me in the loop with what’s going on with a couple maintenance issues, and matters are always dealt with quickly. Stacey always makes me feel like nothing is too much trouble.I’ve been a tenant with a few estate agents but non of them compare to my experience with BJB.Highly recommend

I am not all impressed with the experience we are getting from BJB Alsager - I have rang through to the office asking to speak to the sales manager to be told he was in a meeting, it later came to my attention he was actually at his daughters all day - this isn't my issue, the issue is I was lied to! none the less I was told he would be put as a high priority and I would be contacted back today....9-days later I'm not holding my breath.The property listing is lazy and quite frankly unprofessional! I would not recommend I'm afraid. I have now escalated this to their customer relations department as they have failed to get back in touch with me.

Hi there :)So I asked for information on the property late April, and a lady called Abigail got to back me within 10 minutes.From there we had a deeper look, and fell in love with the property. We had many questions to ask (if I'm honest I probably sent her more than ordinary people would!) but Abigail, was very professional, polite, and answered everything immediately.My partner has lived in many properties in England, and has said this has been the best experience she's had whilst moving. I would highly recommend Butters John Bee, and especially, Abigail, she was truly amazing throughout the process, and even sent an email a week after we moved in to ensure everything was okay (which it was)Thankyou so much Abigail for everything you've done (especially in this hard time everyone is going through with Covid)We both really appreciate it. The property management team & Ben Parry in particular have provided an appalling service. I would suggest you avoid at all costs.
We are very disappointed that you were not happy with the service you received recently. Having dealt with Butters John Bee for many years while renting out my property, I have discovered that it very much depends on the person in the Property Management Team who is dealing with your request or issue as to how good they actually are.I have had a couple of really good people in the Property Management Team who keep you up to date with regular emails, replying to emails and calls, but I have had some really poor people dealing with my account on occasions. This can be really frustrating when trying to get a straight answer and when they are dealing with large sums of your money for work that needs to take place on the property, unfortunately in the past this has resulted in work not being carried out that had been paid for and me being non the wiser for over 6 months, resulting in very unhappy tenants and further unnecessary expense on actually trying to put the issues right.I have to say that my most recent issue was dealt with swiftly by Carol Yearsley and I was kept up to date with progress and the completion of the work, which was a refreshing change.

Honestly having to deal with Butters John Bee (Alsager) has been an eye opening experience of ineptitude!Let me list all the problems so far-Initially misleading us as to the demand for properties in this area.Failure to contact us within the initial 14 day cooling off period at all.Marketing the property without us signing off on the advert as discussed.Marketing the property at the wrong price and description. (we have proof).Trying to arrange viewings before any of the above issues wererectified.(again told there were people queuing to view)Failure to arrange an ECP before marketing the property as discussed and then removing the property because of this and blaming us.Recommending 'Move With Us' as a conveyancing company which purposely misquote and hide their fees in the small print The above company were rude, arrogant and incompetent. And it was left to me to cancel their services although initiated via BJB.Excuse after excuse as to why we experienced all the above but at no point did anyone think to follow up with a phone call.Failure to reply to my email wishing to discuss the above issues.Having been informed of people queuing to view, we have had 2 viewings in as many weeks.Being told the first offer we get on the property is going to be thebest and we should accept.Arrangement now cancelled!

The team are amazing, they have excellent communication skills and always come back with the information that I required for my property. I liaised with Gurdia and Nicola for several weeks and at no point did they make me feel that I was taking up their time or when I asked a silly question they always gave me sufficient information. I felt very relaxed in dealing with them. They arranged to appointments to suit my busy working schedule, Nicola even went out of her way and contacted me during the weekends to prioritise appointments. Thank you very much to you all.

Wrote a review last year .About the terrible state our new property after butters John bee letting company had supposed to have maintained it .When got in touch they said was okay when we last saw it .It was in a terrible condition .More or less said ,tough .From the review the housing side said they would pass it on to letting department .End of June now still no reply .Butters john bee a company to be proud of
