Hello BJB - I've been communicating with Danielle concerning one of our tenants and her wish to re paint the house interior. This required Danielle to put forward my restrictions on colours and paints without upsetting the tenant. This she managed to do and even included the passing of paint and colour samples photographically between us! So far the outcome has been highly satisfactory for both parties and has obviously required considerable thought and initiative on Danielle's part. Much appreciated by me and I'm sure by my tenant as well.ThanksMike Halligan

Excellent Customer Service at BJB Hanley Branch

I have used BJB Hanley branch to do with the letting of our 4 properties. I have had Ellie Ratcliff dealing with the negotiation of our most recent let. She has been extremely efficient, helpful and courteous throughout our discussions. Despite the offices being closed, she has been a Trojan in continuing to complete the let for both myself as the landlady and for the tenants who are keen to move in. I can’t praise Ellie enough for her supportive nature in these difficult times. I would recommend BJB and Ellie Ratcliff to anyone looking to let their property out.

Fabulous service from the Butters John Bee Team in the Winsford office. Unfortunately, due to a change in circumstances, our first buyers withdrew from purchasing the property we have for sale, however, within a couple of days, Kathy and Tresa found 3 more interested purchasers. Within a week, we had 3 confirmed offers to consider, accepted one (already pre-qualified by the BJB Team), which we now hope proceeds to a conclusion (in these strange times we are all currently living through due to Covid-19).Great work from a dedicated and friendly team

My landlord moved with this agency a month before I was ending my tenancy as I no longer wanted to rent and when I advised I was leaving butters started doing viewings at my property whilst I was living there without me knowing when I did advise that I didn’t feel comfortable with anyone viewing the property until my personal belongings were out of the property so if you want to feel safe and like you don’t have to make sure nothing valuable is in your property wouldn’t recommend them or my landlord.

Generally, I’ve found the team at BJB very attentive and helpful. I’m a small landlord with just a single property / 4 flats, and have been with BJB for over a year now. Couldn't have asked for better support!Newcastle-under-Lyme BJB helped my friend and I (both students) get the loveliest house (not a student house). Lydia gave us endless support and was ever so patient, no matter how much we hassled her with silly questions. After some initial communication problems , Ellie and Lucy took over the letting of my property. Ellie acted promptly and professionally to resolve the communication problems. Can’t thank Michael enough

The service we reviews fantastic, we needed a new property quickly and fortunately one came up with BJB. Although the house was very popular and viewing had been closed Michael did everything he could to get us in, I think he missed his lunch! The service was professional but personal and we were kept informed through ever step of the process. We are moving in next Wednesday! Just two weeks after viewing the property! Stay away!

Almost two and half years spent with BJB and honestly, i have never had a worse customer service experience. When searching for new homes we avoid anything managed by BJB. We have seen really nice homes, great location and price but if they go through BJB, we avoid like the plague.They were by far the most expensive agency and when i told them that they are very expensive their answer was " Yes, we know" The online system to report problems is a joke. We had a lot of problems with our house and they just choose to ignore us. In general the staff in the local offices were typical professional.By far the worst experience i had with any company. Glad this misery end as i bought a house now.

Honestly don’t know how they manage to sell houses. Tried multiple times to arrange viewings over the phone with no luck. Even visited in person to try and arrange viewings, but yet again no call back or arrangements made. Waste of time.

Fantastic service received from BJB

Fantastic service received from Stafford BJB. The staff go above and beyond to chase other agents when needed and it feels as though nothing is ever too much trouble. Buying/selling can be extremely stressful and I genuinely believe that BJB are working for you not just for there fee at the end. I can’t recommend them enough. BJB will always pick up the phone and answer your queries/chase the chain etc, and remain polite, helpful and understanding even when you are stressed and agitated with the process. I’ve used BJB in the past and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!! Thank you so much for everything and a special thanks to jo and everything you did for us!!
