Not interested at all. Didn’t verify Facts.

Wanted a view a property in Cannock area. Told no, as only can view if I’ve sold my house. I am buying with my mother who is a cash buyer. But they didn’t even ask this. Just assumed that we were not in a position to buy and had two homes to sell, and therefore not viable. I had lost interest at this point as the Only thing they were interested in was then coming to value our properties. Drumming up more business. Poor service and a possible lost sale which is a shame.

Everyone I have spoken to so far have been really friendly and helpful while Amit keeps me informed regularly on the process and is providing advice on the steps required for a first time seller. We requested a valuation from Butters John Bee Estate agents in Congleton and was very impressed with the professional manner this was undertaken by Amit Nayee the branch manager. Over the years I have been very sceptical about the service estate agents generally offer but following this appointment I have changed my mind. Not only did we get the valuation for our home in its current condition but recommendations for improvements which may add value and a discussion around our options financially. We were also given a broad understanding of the current market in our area. All together I was very impressed by Butter John Bee and would definitely BEE using again!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Butters estate agent. They failed to communicate with me about the progress of my property sale, ignored my phone calls and emails, and redirected me to a head office that never returned my messages. They also recommended a conveyancing solicitor that was shut down by the CLC (Council for Licensed Conveyancers) the day before I was supposed to move. Butters did not inform me of this situation and I had to take time away from work and waste my time and money to visit their Hanley branch in person because they wouldn't answer my calls. This has caused me a lot of stress and frustration and I do not recommend them to anyone.
