Excellent service

Bjb helped me move into my first property. I had excellent service from Lucy Strassmann. I received quick reply’s and phone calls to make sure any questions I had got answered with as much detail as possible. Lucy was very kind and friendly and she made a very exciting and nervous experience very enjoyable. Would recommend using bjb again and especially Lucy.

Really poor customer service. Both me and my wife have had dealings with them to book viewings on properties and each time they have been really short and rude with us. There is no way i would get them to sell my house if that is how they treat potential buyers.
