Awful communication. I have received 3 emails stating I am in rent arrears when I am not, and have never been. I respond to the emails asking questions why I am receiving the emails, but no one ever replies. So unprofessional. A joke of a company. They will withhold information if they believe it is detrimental to making a sale/getting a contract signed. They told different stories to me and the landlord, resulting in both of us rushing to sign an agreement when there was no need to. Only care about the money, not dealing with peopleNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
