My Partner and I have recently moved into our first home together and William H Brown made the whole experience go incredibly smoothly! Hannah and Katie have communicated clearly and consistently throughout the whole process and we cannot thank them enough for their hard work and commitment. Both of the property viewings were informative and easy, and Hannah has been on hand to answer any questions from the get go. We are confident that they will be reliable and quick if we run into any troubles throughout the duration of our contract. We would both recommend them, and William H Brown in general, and are extremely grateful for their work in getting us settled.

UPDATED REVIEW: Originally, I had a great outlook on William H. Brown. However, I can’t help but believe this was a facade that has not lasted. The organisation has become unprofessional and, later, began treating me with negligence towards my requests. My original review: I’m a student who wanted to move into his flat instead of continuing to live in on-campus accommodation. I found a great property with William H. Brown, and to say the service was outstanding is the least. Emma, Katie and Hannah are three phenomenal ladies who made my first official move a pleasant experience. Responsive, caring and genuine - are three words to summarise the experience.

Both Hannah and Emma have made renting a property from William h brown so easy for us . Had a few problems on my side but they were able to help solve them. Can’t thank them enough for all that they have done over the past few weeks . Amazing service from start to finish! Phil came to our home for us to sign up with William H Brown and within a matter of hours we’d had two viewings and had accepted an offer. You cannot get any better than that, especially when trying to move quickly! But the great service didn’t stop there, Phil then put us in touch with another estate agent (that doesn’t happen too often) as he knew of a property that we’d have been interested in purchasing, based on what we’d told him we were looking for. A shout out to Cameron who ably assist when getting everything pushed through for us in a timely and professional manner, always on hand to take my call. Where do I start? I have recently completed on a property in Stanway which was advertised from William H Brown Colchester and from start to finish they were phenomenal. George was my sales rep and was amazing, I called on a Wednesday to view the property and George booked me into the appointment promptly. Even when the developer pushed back the viewing, George called me promptly to get it rebooked and answered all my questions with honesty. Once my bid was accepted he kindly guided me onto the next steps. Frazier was the gentleman who did the viewing with me and I can't speak highly enough of him, he took me into EVERY property and didn't rush me out of any, he gave me and my mum a chance to ask as much questions as we liked and he also was very well mannered. Both of these gentlemen will have fantastic careers in this industry and both of them are a credit to William H Brown, if they don't get promoted, I will create my own estate agency and hire them myself. A quick message to all the other estate agencies in the area, don't bother trying to compete with William H Brown because there is no competition, they are the lead singers and you are the backup dancers, they are Beyonce and you are the drummer or the guitarist. Harry Hicks from William H Brown Colchester is by far the best person you could ask for in an estate agents, he will arrange every viewing around your working time, he will stay later than he has to in order to get more viewings in one go rather than spread them over a few days for convenience to you. I have had nothing but problems with William H Brown from start to finish, and even after my dealings are finished with them, Harry is the only one willing to help me in regards to getting my deposit back.
