GoogleOur experience with William H Brown at Colchester branch was very good. We walked in the office one Saturday day desperate because our favorite house was gone, and asked the staff to have a viewing on the same day but they said it is very difficult. After half an hour or so, we received a call from them telling us if we could attend to see one of our choices. We went there and we finally were so lucky and ended up taking one of the properties that Hannah McCreath showed us very kindly. I am putting in 4 stars because our experience is just starting and I don't know how the agency will continue during the tenancy, but I'm very happy so far.

GoogleBased on my experience this is an excellent and extremely efficient letting agent. This is my first property for letting from the initial surveying to signing the contract, everything was made so easy and straight forward by the Hannah and Emma. They were nice friendly, polite and easy to deal with, explained what i needed to do, never had any problems apart from minor confusion, any reports have been dealt with immediately.

GoogleWould 100% recommend. Jason and Antonny have be great and we have sold and found our new home in under 3 weeks so very happy. They replied to emails and answered all our phone calls very quickly and done everything we asked of them. Our house sold within the estimated range originally given which is great. Couldn't be happier. They were also very kind and welcomed us into the office for meetings with our baby and toddler which was incredible helpful. Giving them paper and crayons ect to keep them happy. Small things but it makes all the difference for a process which could easily be stressful. Wouldn't use anyone else in the future if we for some reason move house again. Thanks again, Tanya and Ant.

GoogleJack, Hannah and Emma have been absolutely wonderful! My fiancé and I are moving into our first home together and they have all been brilliant. The customer service is amazing, they have all been very attentive and the communication has been great. They have answered all our first time renting questions and given us a lot of information and advice on what to do. 100% recommend renting or buying through them. The letting agency will be our go to again when we change properties!! Thank you guys so much <3

GoogleWorst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with, very rude and incompetent staff throughout the organisation. If you’re looking for a quality experience of finding a home AVOID. Was told by a letting agent during a viewing that I would be priority over another potential tenant as they were Asian and the landlord didn’t want them to leave a ‘smell’ you couldn’t make it up.
