GoogleUsed WHB for a long time for lettings and having dealt with different personnel over time, all have been very good in obtaining tenants and processing the tenancy contract for me. Would thoroughly recommend.

GoogleWilliam H Brown would not sell another house through them again. that said some of there staff are fantastic Lisa Dove and Antonny Cordeiro to name but 2. others well, money is the driving force. Make sure you read there contract thoroughy even the fine print .

GoogleRecently had a rental property arranged with William H Brown. Tom was very helpful with arrangements. Unfortunately checks weren't made early on and we nearly ended up losing the property. Also we were lied to by the agents, but I'm told this is pretty standard for estate agent. So overall, they were good, but werent fantastic.

GoogleLorna was really helpful even from the initial call to make the booking to view my new property. The whole process took 3 months (solicitor delays not WHB!) but Lorna kept in touch the whole time. Nothing too much trouble and did all in her power to speed the process up! I would definitely recommend.

GoogleThe agency was super helpful until the second they got the money and then it went down hill. The deposit was a nightmare to get back. I wont name the staff member personally but she went as far as blocking my number on her mobile so she didnt have to talk to me about the deposit! I evenutally got it back after having to agree to deductions with the unscrupulous landlord. Not an experience I would like to go through again. Not recommended.

GoogleI have just begun the process of renting through william h brown and i have to say the care and speed with which Lucy handle our enquiry was exceptional she is truly a great asset to their team and is such a great pleasure to speak too and interact with. She went out of her way to pair us to the right property she looked at what we wanted and found a perfect place for us, she called us rather than emailing so was quickly told about a property and able to book a viewing the same day where upon seeing it we decided to take it.
