GoogleHello! My experience is not satisfactory. I am interested in renting a property in Colchester and based on the advertisements and according to availability I have contacted them on a number of occasions and have even been to view the apartments. Although I have expressed my interest in renting either of the apartments and although still showing that they are available on the site I have been informed they are no longer available. Again I have called them to express my interest in renting the property and was informed that I will be called back but this has not happened. I have asked the lady to be sent the relevant information in order for me to proceed with renting the apartment and I was told that I will be sent everything but this has not happened. I feel based on my experience this was a waste of time and money Given that my experience was very poor I have serious reservations to recommend this company. Keeping in mind that I have travelled from London on several occasions and spend money and time on the travel this has not been fruitful nor did they take this into consideration.

Hello, we are sorry we were not able to help you secure a property. Although we booked two properties to show you, you were unable to attend one due to train delays and by the time you confirmed your interest in the other property there were already multiple asking price offers in place and we were waiting for the landlord to confirm which application she was going to proceed with. This meant that, although the property was still showing as available (which it technically was as we had not yet taken a holding deposit) we were not taking any additional viewings as we didn’t want to waste any potential viewers time viewing a property which was, to all intents and purposes let. We are sorry this left you disappointed. We are sorry we were not able to email you the details you requested in the timeframe you required. We wish you well for the future.

GoogleWe found out we could afford to move back in February so contacted Palmer and Partners straight away. James came over the very next day to take photographs and get the house listing ready to go on Rightmove. By the time we went live, the team had already arranged for at least 15 viewings for that weekend. Following the enquiries that came through from Rightmove, James then spent the best part of the Saturday showing people round our home and by the Monday we had 12 offers on the table. After accepting one of these offers, the team have progressed the sale quickly so we can move into our next home this week! We are so thankful for James and the whole team at Palmers for getting us sold quickly. Not to mention their proactive approach which meant we were able to gain well over asking price which was something we never dreamed possible! Thank you again to all!

GoogleWe had a 'bumpy ride', so to speak, when selling my flat; but the team from P&P did everything in their power to help. I'd like to thank the two Alfie's, James, Amy, Hayley (big thanks) and Paul (another big thanks) for their determination and professionalism. Our first buyer pulled out of the purchase and Amy/Hayley got me another accepted offer on the SAME DAY. Hayley (Sales Progressor) is very helpful, and when she went on annual leave, Paul (one of the partners who started the company) took over until exchange/completion and was extremely proactive in keeping us updated. One thing that also seems to set P&P apart from the rest is that they not only input a lot of effort into their sellers, but also their buyers as well. I find some agents can easily side with their seller, who are paying them the money, and inadvertently 'alienate' the buyer.
