Thank you for responding to my review on your appalling service Mr Howe. We have been in our property 13 months and the charge has increased from £220. to £511.83. Greed is the only way to term this increase. Apart from a small patch of green and checking on a pump room once a year which I have no idea where that is. You do absolutely nothing for the huge amount of money you fleece from the elderly people here. I could cut that grass in half an hour which we were previously doing anyway. Nothing has changed since we moved in here and indeed the final 5 bungalows are an item on a page in some office may may never be built. We have no road, just a poorly unsurfaced lane. No lighting. The verges are never cut, rubbish is picked up by the people living here or it would look like a tip. Not on your remit I was informed by your office. If if was we would probably see the charges double. Where is our money going? Into your pockets and bank account for repair somewhere in La La land that will never get done. Your office is already in place and the utility bills etc were already costed so taking us on did not increase those charges. What Management. What Service is the question. The answer is None. Avoid at all cost! Review should be minus any stars.

GoogleI recently had a valuation done on my flat, with a view to selling it, and buying another, smaller one. The agent arrived on time, was totally professional, and friendly, and even kindly drove me to the location of my potential new home. Once there another agent took over the viewing of the new property. She too was helpful and knowledgeable. This all gave me confidence in dealing with this well established agency. I would happily recommend Boydens Colchester Branch to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property.

GoogleBoydens estate agents are a first class local firm, we had no hesitation in using them as we have before, from the moment you walk through the door you know they are acting in your best interests. David Boyden and his Son Phillip Boyden have many years of experience between them serving the housing market in Colchester, they have a wealth of knowledge coupled with the office staff who are all very friendly and also are on the ball. Our house is now sold and they are actively looking for a property for us to buy.
