Hello review readers. I’ve met Debbie Pasque on 10 of November at the property which we was interested with my family and I have to say they professional work mean a lot to us because they’re able to give us a moving day and all paper wrapped up less than a week which was incredible. After 10 years of ups and downs with my previous agent, I recently moved my rental properties and existing tenants to Boydens as I'd simply had enough of the poor service that I'd been receiving. So far, Boydens have proved to be a breath of fresh air and I now feel like I have an agent who knows what they are doing. Last month, one of my tenants departed having broken their contract. Debbie at Boydens guided me through the process of finding a new tenant and at every step I was made to feel like a valued customer (unlike the experience with my previous agent whose staff could be offish and uncaring). Communication with Boydens was very good, the staff were friendly and easy to get on with, and I actually felt like Boydens wanted to find the most suitable tenant for me, eg someone who would respect the property and were a good fit, rather than rushing the process like my previous agent did. Between tenancies, work needed doing at the property and I found that the quotes coming in from the trades people used by Boydens were far more competitive compared with my previous agent. So far so good!
