Highly recommend the team at PFK Whitehaven, Charley went over and above the role of negotiator to get the deal done in what was a challenging house purchase. The whole team were professional and efficient and I would definitely use in the future.

I just want to thank Charlie, Michael and Pauline and the rest of the PFK Team in Cockermouth. They were absolutely fab from beginning to end! Speedy and thorough valuation and expert media team who made an absolutely stunning video which had thousands of views and contributed to the amount of interest in the house. I am interested in securing a property close to the western edge of the Lake District and contacted PFK Whitehaven to help in the search. The help I am receiving is top notch -- given patiently, frankly, with a great deal of consideration. We still haven't managed to clinch the deal we seek but our confidence in PFK Whitehaven is such and the help we have received is of such a high order that we have not sought to contact any other estate agent.

I have very recently completed on a property with PFK Whitehaven , and it’s been a journey but with their support and professionalism I’m looking forward to a new home. Being a buyer I have felt equally as important as their clients the sellers from the onset. Regular contact with updates , speedy replies to queries . Impressed with communication with all parties . Thank you Charlie Shaw . I think sometimes business takes over from the real meanings of something as buying a home and also for those selling a property with memories ... Once again thank you PFK for taking care and consideration of both parties. I would have no hesitancy in recommending PFK Whitehaven and if ever needed they would be my first choice.

We had a problematic sale process, entirely due to the buyers and their awful solicitors. Charlie did everything in his power to keep the process moving and we thank him for the huge effort he put in over the 7 months. We give 4/5 as we feel PFK built up our expectations a year ago for a quick sale at a higher price but the reality is it took 5 months to find a buyer.

Friendly, professional and highly motivated team. I had several companies out just as a comparison to value the house. Michael's approach was professional, enthusiastic and honest. The house was sold within days of instructing pfk. Pauline then stepped in to over see the whole completion of the purchase. I couldn't of had a better experience. Together the team worked hard to make everything go through smooth and stress free. Would definitely use again.

How does PKF employ such a person?

Called PFK offices in Cockermouth for an appointment to Value our Property. We were booked in a week later for the 26th February 2025. A Mr. M. Hewitt arrived slightly late and breezed in with no portfolio or note pad. Had a brief look around the house and Gardens and then sat down onto our Settee to tell me the that the valuation was approximately £60-80 K below a correct value.

Charlie Shaw from PFK totally exceeded our expectations in relation to our recent property search. Nothing was too much trouble and Charlie always rang us back promptly. He totally grasped the specifics of our property search and swiftly presented us with many suitable and desirable properties prior to website publication. It’s not often this level of customer commitment is experienced and pay tribute to his determination to ensure we got the right property. When it comes to us selling, we will certainly be contacting Charlie to sell our property. Best estate agent ever!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

PFK helped us to sell our house and move into our new home. Pauline and Charlie were incredibly helpful throughout the process - their responses were always friendly, professional and timely. We managed to move into our new home just in time for the birth of our son, thanks to Pauline going above and beyond our expectations to move the process along. We would highly recommend PFK!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
