Although this estate agency were acting for the people we were buying from, they helped and supported us way beyond what they needed to have done.

Charlie from the Whitehaven office has been absolutely astounding with helping us purchase our first house. He helped every step of the way and was always there for us when we needed him. We cannot thank Charlie enough for making the purchase as stress-free as possible for us, especially during a global pandemic! Kaitlin and Ellis x

I'm very happy with PFK!

PFK were absolutely great - getting the house onto the market quickly, doing an excellent job with the property details, managing and attending viewings and securing a good sale for us remarkably quickly. Julie, Charlie and Lesley were great to deal with and always responded quickly.

Once again constant and professional advice and services from the Cockermouth PFK team. Sold our house and handled the post sale details brilliantly. I’d not use another Estate Agent. Thanks to Mike, Pauline, Charlie and Julie.

We have recently bought and sold through PFK Cockermouth and have been delighted with the excellent service we received. The Cockermouth team is professional, experienced and knowledgeable, but also extremely approachable and friendly. In my opinion, there’s no substitute for a local high street agent; they know their clients and have a wealth of local knowledge. Also, being able to pop in for a chat is invaluable! Thank you all.

PFK - Carlisle - Officious Branch Manager

The property we bought in Carlisle was being sold through PFK. Due to delays with the chain we ended up having to deal with the PFK Branch Manager. This very officious individual decided to interfere with the excellent service being provided by our Scottish estate agent, by sending in a complaint about them. Luckily she was told where to go as qualified solicitors were dealing with the various transaction. A senior PFK manager phoned to apologise and confirmed the Branch Manager would no longer be dealing with our estate agent.
