Very pleased with the service I received when selling my house. Michael was so helpful in initially marketing and pricing the property, as well as in taking time to explain answers to the (many) questions I had as a first time seller. We had a very challenging time both selling and eventually moving house due to our purchasers breaking the chain...twice.. and breaks lower down the chain. A very stressful and emotional rollercoaster which was made only just bearable by Julie and the team of PFK. Julie was fabulous in communicating all developments, dealing with viewings and subsequent offers both effectively and sensitively and basically keeping us sane throughout the entire process. Julie went over and above and at times way beyond all expectations and felt like a light at the end of a long, dark tunnel trying the navigate the sale and purchase of another property. We were selling a property in Seascale but living in South Manchester so we’re very reliant on the staff at PFK to do the viewings and organise the details for the sale and they were all good and as prompt as they could be with keeping us informed at all times. Julie Wilson was the primary agent that we negotiated with & following our sale agreement she was on hand to assist at all times.
