GoogleWe really can’t thank Charlie and the team enough for helping us sell our home as the level of service, and general advice and guidance, that they have given us has been exceptional. Charlie has been so engaging throughout the whole process and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend PFK to anyone about to sell/ buy a property. Thank you! Mark & Tara

GoogleCharlie went above and beyond to help us secure what we hope will be our forever home. The whole team helped to get us over the finish line and worked extremely well. We honestly could not have made this move had it not been for Charlie's expertise. A huge thank you again to the PFK team.

GoogleWe dealt with PFK for the purchase of one of their advertised properties. Their attitude and pro-activeness in chasing sellers and solicitors was second to none. The staff were friendly and good natured. They understood and sympathised with some of our frustration with the vendors and the vendors solicitors tardiness. Charlie was our go-to man to get information or in getting things chased up. If we were to sell the property it's PFK we would use.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Hi David, thank you for your brilliant review, it is much appreciated. We are so lucky so have such fantastic staff, who give second to none customer service. Best wishes, PFK Estate Agency.

GoogleDuring a recent and very stressful house move Charlie Shaw at PFK Cockermouth was the voice of reason. Always calm, his good advice and common sense kept our purchase on track and made it happen in a more timely fashion than might have been the case. He and his team are terrific and I can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleCharles and his colleagues were very attentive and helpful in our purchase of our new home and kept us up to speed of any developments along the way. Aside from the fact we will not be moving again I would contact Charles first if we did!

TrustpilotBrilliant!
Our experience with PFK has been nothing but brilliant, specifically Kat who has been dealing with us throughout the whole house buying process. We are first time buyers and pretty clueless when it comes to house buying. She made everything feel simple and easy, nothing was too much of an ask, we were able to view the property as many times as we liked without feeling like a hinderance. We were told buying a house would be one of the most stressful time of our lives but with Kat’s reassurance and constant communication it has been completely stress free. Can’t thank you enough!!

TrustpilotPenrith Office has been brilliant…
Penrith Office has been brilliant from start to finish. We phoned on a Monday, and the estate agents visited the next day, taking the time to gather all information about the property and what we hoped to achieve. Advised us on improvement to make the property more appealing to buyers and not to do other things . Saving us time and money doing unnecessary work. Very friendly, professional, helpful, and saving everyone time by gathering all the information in one visit.

GoogleThe sales process and quality of the published materials was excellent with regular contact from the PFK team to keep us informed throughout. A professional service from start to finish. However, a very quick sale prevents us from knowing how good PFK would have been had the going got tough, hence only 4 stars

GoogleWe found that working with PFK in Cockermouth, to sell a property as part of probate, was a fairly painless affair. Everyone seemed helpful and efficient, kept us in the loop and we found that Julie (with whom we mainly dealt) was easy-going as well as having her finger on the pulse of what was happening (a rare combination!). So, a good experience and a firm I can happily recommend.
