Specialising in Residential Sales, Lettings, Mortgages and Land & New Homes. Cobham is headed up by manager Neil Morgan, a long established agent. Neil and his team have a vast experience in property which spans some 60 years. The office was set up nearly 30 years ago and is one of the oldest agencies in the village still under the same ownership. The attention to detail which we pay, means that our clients have the ultimate in customer service and as a result of this our clients regularly return to use us again and again, most of whom are happy to recommend us to friends and family. GoogleOur working relationship with Curchods began in 2014 when we purchased our property through them. We found them to be friendly and efficient through the purchase process. When it came to selling the property we chose them out of 3 other local agents, because they proposed the most accurate market price and the strongest marketing plan. Upon marketing the property Neil & the team were all extremely professional and got the property onto the market and under offer quickly. At this point we moved away from the area, then the market cooled off due to Brexit uncertainly and unfortunately the buyers withdrew from the transaction. The Curchods team were extremely helpful through this difficult time and facilitated renting the property through their lettings department. Following our move away, we always felt like we could fully rely on Curchods to be the trusted guardians of our property. Several years later, we then decided to sell the property and Curchods coordinated the transition from letting to selling very smoothly. Neil and Patrick always went above and beyond to offer expert advice on the market, timings and price point. Throughout the sale process we dealt mostly with Patrick, who we would say is an exceptionally good agent - he has a natural ability to make tough conversations easy and he always found a way to resolve any challenge calmly, whilst keeping both the buyer and seller happy. Furthermore, it was a real bonus to have Lisa dedicated to sales progression, we found her to be extremely efficient, friendly, helpful and genuinely caring. In summary we had an 8 year relationship with the Curchods team, so we experienced the full cycle of their service, from purchase to letting and ultimately selling. We can therefore wholeheartedly recommend Curchods as the number 1 choice for anyone looking to buy, let or sell a property in the area. They are simply head and shoulders above any other estate agents we’ve ever had dealings with.

GoogleAmazing estate agents. Have been using them for years. All the staff are extremely professional and friendly. It's like you are going in for a chat with friends in there. With our last move they were just superb helping with everything that they could. Nothing was too much trouble for them when I was stressing about all things related to selling our house in Cobham. EXCELLENT team - would recommend them every time and have referred friends to them and they have been extremely happy too with the service.

Their staff ensure that clients are kept informed of all matters relating to a sale and do their best to minimise stress and inconvenience. They give objective advice when required and work very hard to achieve a sale at their valuation price. I would recommend them without reservation to any prospective seller and commend their professionalism in all aspects of the service they provide, especially Neil and Oliver who handled our sale.

FacebookI initially gave them one star as my husband and myself had not very pleasant experience with a couple of agents in their Kingston office (still left my initial comment at the end). However, they tried to make it right after we made an official complain to the director and our landlord. So I thought they deserve to get reviewed again after all the hard works they've made to resolve our problems. Michael, their Group Managing Director, is very genuine and trustworthy. He visited our place to investigate the issues all by himself and logged everything in details then he put all in action straight away. We were appointed with 2 new agents to look after our issues and they were very helpful and fairly fast in responses. It still took a couple of months to get most of things sorted but that was just because of the bookings with technicians. They were great with follow-ups and fast responses through out the whole process and we are very happy with our place now. I want to say special thanks to Michael for being very kind, genuine and supportive. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Initial review: Utterly disappointed with their service. They don't even deserve one star. The worst agent we've ever dealt with. Recently rented a flat through this agent in Kingston area but had to chase them up for over 2 months for a few issues as soon as we moved in but no one seems to care once they got the money. And there is no such contact/email details for official complain whatsoever on their website or anywhere. How sneaky. Hundreds of calls and emails. Lies after lies then no response. This is totally mis-selling. Maintenance promises on their contract is purely just a lie. Don't trust this agent. Avoid if you don't want to get tons of stress and ruin your new life plan.

We appointed Curchods to sell our house in Cobham and were immediately impressed by their approach to getting to know us, the property and our situation. We immediately felt confident that the whole team were very capable and that they would be able to sell our house. Through what turned out to be a very protracted and, at times stressful, process the Curchods team (particularly Patrick) remained professional, positive and proactive. I have no doubt that their open communication and inclusive approach was critical to completing our sale. I cannot recommend the team in Vobham highly enough and would appoint Curchods every time.

From the start, with Neil marketing our existing property and then Sophie showing us what eventually, finally became our new home - we couldn’t have been happier. GoogleWe found all the staff at Curchods in Cobham extremely helpful and efficient in enabling our house purchase. We were able to complete within a couple of months from making an offer. In particular having a sales progressor working alongside the negotiator a good aspect of the service and everyone seemed very well informed and coordinated.
