Curchods are a multi award winning estate agents, winners of the award for 'Surrey's Best Estate Agent (4+ offices category) for the last 3 years running - as voted for by the public in the 2014 Surrey Property Awards. Specialising in Residential Sales, Lettings, Mortgages and Land & New Homes. Cobham is headed up by manager Neil Morgan, a long established agent. Neil and his team have a vast experience in property which spans some 60 years. The office was set up nearly 30 years ago and is one of the oldest agencies in the village still under the same ownership. The attention to detail which we pay, means that our clients have the ultimate in customer service and as a result of this our clients regularly return to use us again and again, most of whom are happy to recommend us to friends and family. She is very helpful and professional, always she do the best to help and find a solution for every single issue. Really kind person as well. FacebookNothing, we had the rudest most obnoxious estate agent show us (I say show us but he stood down stairs huffing and puffing because we were 10min late, with all the temp traffic lights and road closures) told us he had 6min... 6min to show us a £800,000 house, even though we were massively interested we wouldn’t deal with this company again lol absolute joke.
