About Curchods Cobham
Curchods are a multi award winning estate agents, winners of the award for 'Surrey's Best Estate Agent (4+ offices category) for the last 3 years running - as voted for by the public in the 2014 Surrey Property Awards. Specialising in Residential Sales, Lettings, Mortgages and Land & New Homes. Cobham is headed up by manager Neil Morgan, a long established agent. Neil and his team have a vast experience in property which spans some 60 years. The office was set up nearly 30 years ago and is one of the oldest agencies in the village still under the same ownership. The attention to detail which we pay, means that our clients have the ultimate in customer service and as a result of this our clients regularly return to use us again and again, most of whom are happy to recommend us to friends and family. GoogleWhenever I posed a question to a member of the team I could always rely on a speedy response. Everyone in the office seemed to be uptodate re the status of my purchase and whoever I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

GooglePatrick Dobson at Curchods was very helpful throughout our protracted search for a new home in the Cobham area. He was always responsive to questions and responded professionally to the failure of our first purchase (the sellers changed their mind abruptly) and then to the unique challenges presented by the pandemic. We have now finally completed our purchase and were able to progress the process very quickly once our offer was accepted, thanks in part to Patrick’s excellent communication with us and also his clients. The office team at Curchods are also very efficient and friendly - Debbie Kent deserves a special mention for acting as de facto nanny to our small son while we did numerous home viewings earlier in the year.

FacebookVery unhappy with the deal. Everything perfect to enter, can not have a complaint in our payments and as neighbors, but when we left the house, surprise, I know they were left with half of the deposit for things that were already wrong and for leaving some new furniture, thinking we were doing all right. In summary very well to enter, but to go out we deal with a person that we do not know and does not really know how the house was, knowing the agent with whom we hired the entrance the poor state and little cleaning of the house. We feel cheated !!!
