The process of finding your forever home is a very challenging one. After many viewings I met Nick Lindsey viewing an apartment that met all the criteria I was looking for. Nick was very supportive, and while I originally got outbid on the place, he took the inactive to contact me immediately when the original buyers didn't come through. Nick worked with me and the seller to resolve any outstanding challenges, and he helped me get my forever home. The experience would have been a lot more difficult if it wasn't for Nick and his friendly approach, his support and dedication to customer excellence!

Eight years ago, I invested my pension fund in a property sourced by Ray Cooke Auctioneers at their Finglas office, who found suitable tenants and continued the management of the property during the following years. During that time, I always found the staff most helpful, especially in dealing with any problems as they arose and arranging for any ongoing repairs. When I decided to sell the property this year, they were effective in finding a positive buyer and following up on the selling process through its various stages. I would particularly commend James Bould, who was directly involved in seeing the sale through to completion. He was extremely attentive and kept in touch with regular updates on the progress of the sale. In summary, I never experienced any difficulties in relation to the property or in my dealings with Ray Cooke’s over the past eight years, all in all an excellent service.

ray crooke is a tone deaf and unsympathetic landlord, just put on this earth to make a quick buck at any cost. he and his agents barely use tactics that are barely within the law, and the entire business practice is to exacerbate the overheated rental market by falsely advertising room rentals as house rentals, shoving people into overpriced houseshares.
